For the more energetic, you will enjoy our state of the art air conditioned gymnasium, equipped with the very latest Cardio-Vascular exercise machines, as well as the traditional resistance equipment.

Additional facilities include a shallow pool for the little ones, spacious Cedar Wood Sauna, an aromatic steam room and a solarium to provide you with that all year round healthy tan.

We also have therapy suites that offer a wide range of treatments in the most luxurious surroundings whatever your needs, be they relaxation, rejuvination, pampering or grooming. Serenity Beauty  will recommend a programme of treatments that are specially tailored to your individual needs.
