CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENTS
To confirm your reservation a credit card number will be required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Full payment for your accommodation and any further additional charges being payable on departure at the hotel. For 10 or more rooms booked the Group terms and conditions will apply. A copy of which can be obtained by contacting the reservations department.
COMMISSIONABLE RATES
All prices quoted are non commissionable. Commission will only be accepted with prior approval from Management. Bookings made via our on-line reservations system are non commissionable.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel your reservation you must contact the reservations department by 14.00 on the day of arrival. Cancellation after this time will incur a minimum charge of 1 nights accommodation. Accommodation includes the room rate, Breakfast and Dinner if selected at time of booking.
CHECK IN/OUT
Check in time is 14.00 on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure. Late check out and early arrivals will only be accommodated if rooms are available. An early arrival can be requested, but not guaranteed this may carry a supplement charge.
ROOM RATES
Room rates listed are on a per room per night basis. On either a Bed and Breakfast basis or a Dinner Bed and Breakfast basis as indicated. All rates are inclusive of V A T at the current rate. Dinner is supplied in our Terrace Menu with a £20 allocation per person.

Special requests may be made on your booking form, however they cannot be guaranteed.
